The brief 
The Haymarket Consumer UX team were tasked with re-working what was an outdated looking website. WhatCar.com had been around for a long time and was in need of updating. 
We created a UX plan and strategy and put into action. During the discovery phase it was decided that the build of this work would go externally to an agency.

We supplied all UX research, wires, and concept design to the agency who then managed the process with various members of our team, including myself acting as consultants to the process. 

The fundamentals of that discovery and concept work are the building blocks and framework for the current guise of WhatCar.com (2016-mid 2018)
